Isla Cozumel - Chapala

Got to Chapala later in the day and walked around for a place to eat dinner around 8:00. Most places were closed or closing but they were still open. They have both inside and outside seating and their menu is in both Spanish and English which was helpful but prices were in pesos. Food was very good and service professional thought they seemed a little stuffy at first most likely cause it was close to their closing time which I later discovered was at 8 o'clock. When ordering, Keep in mind it's local Mexican style so it may not be exactly what you'd think. For example, we ordered Chili Rellenos stuff with marlin, which used a different chili. Fillet (which was flounder) stuffed with seafood, which I didn't think would be inside dough, was surprisingly lite and very good. Shrimp Empanadas, nice but a little more doughy that I'd like. Shrimp stuffed with roasted garlic and bacon was very good, lite, nice flavors. Yes, we would definitely go there again, no doubt.

La comida es deliciosa, el lugar es muy limpio y el servicio es excelente... las ancas de rana son mis favoritas.

Live music,fabulous food , I say enough I whole hearted recommend this restaurant, I live here in chapala and I will be back guaranteed even though I had a hair on one plate .......no big deal .

Excelente lugar, tengo llendo muchos años y la calidad no baja, el servicio es excelente, (gracias Gera) excelente atención. Ambiente muy agradable, 100% recomendable.
