We had an incredible meal at 夜月. Located between the Hai'an mountains and the Pacific, 夜月 draws its inspiration and flavors from the rich local produce and sea. Take a walk along the surrounding fields in the daytime and you’ll see just how fresh the fruits and greens are. For the owner, creating the dinner menu is a whole day’s endeavor and his creativity and consideration really come through. While we tried ingredients we’ve never had before, we were also amazed by his ability to turn familiar ingredients—like a tomato—into something completely unique.
美食的價值在於食材和用心！年輕的老闆用職人的精神探索味蕾的深度，每道菜對於我來說都是具有記憶度的，在這寧靜的東海岸孕育一個不平凡的料理....那錢鰻...那手工火腿...海味蒸....以這樣的價格...值得懂美食的人細細品味，這是一個有氣質的酒食！我想...I will be back!
This place is amazing! True farm-to-table/authentic/organic experience. Worth the trip whether you live in Taiwan, the USA, or any other country.
十道餐點，每一道都用心料理，食材味道的搭配讓人印象深刻！比如焦糖烤錢鰻灑上桂花，或者是糖烤芭蕉搭碎粒開心果、富有稠度與Q度的長濱米粥，炙烤河豚....呈現在地食材，無論是咬感或是味覺都很豐富，今天每一道都吃的很滿足，突破對日式料理的印象！ 值得！
兩天匆促的台東行程，夜晚落腳秘境，感受食材最真實的滋味，店主的用心你會感受的到。 這裡很適合來喝酒看星星吃好料！ 烤錢鰻真的是神作⋯
