Tom's Bbq - Chandler

Well if you don’t mind young men dressed right out of highschool man handling your order with no gloves dropping food on ground and picking up with bare hands….There friends walking in and getting free food. Horrible 75$ I have ever spent. Cmon this was my childhood favorite guys.

Went in today to Toms for the first time. I got the All in bbq sampler for 35.99. So here’s the thing all the meat tasted like it was cooked in an oven. No Flavor on brisket nor the ribs or chicken and pulled pork makes wonder if anything was seasoned . The links over powering with rosemary I think tasted pork n beans in a can with bbq sauce and meat. I swear I make my kids the same Mac n cheese from the box . Coleslaw was good. This is upsetting because we pay a decent amount for food and the quality is not there but quantity was. I don’t get how these restaurants stay open same for pork n fork! how can these places continue to keep embarrassing themselves with this type of food. Thank you !!

Ordered the rib tips $15) and they were all fat and cartilage as in I couldn't even cut any meat off them.I told the girl at the counter that it wasn't good at all and if I can trade it for something else.She asked do you mean without paying for it? I said you know like what a normal restaurant would do if you weren't happy with your meal. She said we normally just remake it. I said it's all cut from the same ribs right ahe said yes so I asked wouldn't I basically get the same thing. She looked DUMBFOUNDED so I just said forget it. Tossed the plate in the trash and told her I'll be writing a Yelp review. Absolutely zero response from here. Terrible food Terrible service.After a few minutes I went up to the girl and asked her if ahe has a manager here or someone in charge that handles things like this. Again, dumbfounded and asked again if I wanted it recooked I said a refund would be nice. After a minute or so she said ok I can give you a refund. I asked why didn't you offer that initially, she didn't know.

The food is good and fresh. I feel like it's a bit overpriced. And depending on who's behind the cash register,you may encounter a rude cashier.Food: 4/5
