What User doesn't like about Teriyaki Madness:
$25 bucks for my son and I with one drink. Ordered salmon bowl asked them to make it spicy , they did not. Both our bowls came out in about two minutes , which would be awesome if the food came out..food was like warm at best. Teriyaki chicken was verry charred Found three bones, in my ,what tasted like ,frozen salmon. Rice was very overcooked like it was sitting in a warmer getting mushy Just a bad experience overall Won't be back .
I liked tm on pima in scottsdale and this in chandler is also excellent. my bowl of yakisoba noodles full of large salmon ham and steak was delicious and a great worth (many food for a low price). my edamame on the side was also delicious. service by gm jesus was extremely helpful, friendly and prompt. I tm a top 5 Asian food chain in arizona.
Soooo tasty. Chicken and veggies. No rice, no teriyaki. Chicken was grilled to perfection. Delicious!
I bought 2 large Teriyaki bowls on Sept 11, Sunday here in Ocotillo, Gilbert road location for dinner. I was so disgusted when I reached home. The chicken are not fresh, burnt or charred (maybe cooked twice), and got a bitter taste. Chicken are too little and is less than half from the other locations. The brown rice are soaked with sauce and is mushy. We didn't enjoy on what we got that day as we tossed most of it. I used to always buy in this location several times before and don't have any issues at all. But now, I swear, I will never go back in there. I told my friends in social media about my bad experience and to go somewhere else. To the manager, I suggest to re-educate your staff who prepared them or you will lose most of your loyal customers as I'm one of them. Thanks!
Although it may be considered fast food, the food at this restaurant tastes like typical fast food fare. The chicken was lukewarm, the rice seemed old, and the sauce appeared to be mass-produced. For $15, the quality of the bowl and drink received was not worth it. Additionally, when asking for a large cup of ice to fill a personal water bottle, the cashier charged the full $3.50 as if soda had been purchased. This decision resulted in the cashier missing out on a tip, as the money went to the employer instead.
Very good food. Nice atmosphere and people. Plenty of choices.Food: 5/5
