Panda Express - Chandler

I just placed an online order from this location. My daughter went to pick it up, and when she got home, we discovered they had forgotten an entire meal from our order! To make matters worse, the order wasn’t ready at the promised time. The last time I ordered from here, I also had to wait because the order wasn’t prepared when they said it would be. I noticed that they were finishing up the order just as I was leaving, and the person working next to one of the items on our list hadn't even started on it yet. I double-checked before heading home, and they were able to fix it for me, but I still had to drive all the way back. They really need to improve their training and management – it’s essential for them to ensure customers receive the food they ordered. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff member felt bad and provided me with a voucher for a complimentary meal.

At this point, the restaurant usually has a moderate selection, but they had virtually nothing available to eat—only Teriyaki chicken and chow mein. Why not just close at 8 if you're going to stop serving food?

I don't understand the purpose of online ordering when they don't seem to manage it properly. I placed my order 45 minutes ahead of time and arrived exactly when I was told to. However, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my food because it was no longer available and they hadn't prepared it. If I had just come in without placing an online order, I probably would have received my meal much sooner. In total, I ended up waiting for an hour!

Orders for Takeout. Online order was easy and the articles were ready when I arrived.

Horribe. Absolutely horribe. I ordered my food to-go, and opened it up to eat when I got home. Immidiently, a horrible smell wafted over me. All of my food tasted and smelled like cigarettes. Absolutly terrible. Don't get food from here.
