Ken's Pizza - Chandler

Great food friendly staff definitely will make you come back!

We went here for the buffet on 3/17. What a mistake!! I was standing at the buffet looking for something to eat and there was no pizza, spaghetti and several other items were empty. I was greeted with, do you need something? I replied yes, some pizza would be nice. She replied yeah, were working on it. We sat down at our table and nothing for the next ten minutes so we split!!What happened to this place, there were only six other people in there at 12:30 in the afternoon. Won't be back.

The staff was horrible. First couple of times I went. The atmosphere was alright. This last time the manager started talking down to an employee in front of everyone. I wanted approximately 45 minutes before i was even acknowledged. Very poor in customer service.

Hotter than the hubs of hell here in the party room. Was 85 degrees in here when we got here and only hotter with people here.

The quality of the pizza was really excellent. I was in Rome a few weeks ago and frankly, that tasted better than some of the pizza I had there. We stopped here after fishing in the area and did not regret it at all. I recommend Ken's pizza.
