The counter service and the food were both great. I had to wash my own table, as it seems that they were only little help, and there were some who were trained, part of this training should keep the restaurants and service areas clean, for a better customer experience. View all feedback.
Although they were heavily underused and therefore reworked, they were still super friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a great location right in front of the Chandler Mall. The menu has a certain variety. The Custard creations are delicious. I like the turtle concrete. All right. If you happen to visit if they are underoccupied, please be patient.
Get burger, fries and drink combo here! Always a treat when you can dine here.
Super long waiting time (drive thru) and the lobby was closed. The ice was good, but much too expensive. You have dog cups, so that's nice.
Update: 6/28 The District Manger Madison reached my full accountability for the error and was professional and accommodating. From our conversation you can say that she really cares and spoke of a place of real disappointment for the experience I had and she assured me that her goal was to grow and learn from it. I also know that I have never been asked or put under pressure to update my review to be done completely so that this processing is of my own will. I have no doubt that my next visit to this site will be great! I ordered 2 combos with a shake and a concrete a week ago. I came home and realized I missed the chicken teeth from the order. I tried the business a few times immediately after our knowledge that the food was missing, but was not able to get in touch with someone in the restaurant, but leave a message as requested by the voicemail. I then called 4 extra times a week and not yet able to talk to someone except the voicemail that will never be returned. I waited a whole week before I posted this because I understand that things happen, but at this point it is beyond a reasonable level of patience. This is the second time in a row that lacked food. Last time was months ago and was a hot dog, we had enough food without it and I just wrote it as a mistake.
