Church's Texas Chicken - Chandler

We do grub hub and picked up an order at this location and it actually looked pretty good. Used to like Popeyes but it got gross and liked then disliked then liked KFC again but we figured we'd try Church's since reviews stated it was better than KFC. It was NOT. It was absolutely gross. Did the BBQ since the other franchises don't have that option. Dry, rubbery, tough and the inside was greasy. Mashed potatoes tasted like wax. And it's not half a chicken which is the only way to order. It's basically three pieces with third being a wing, not separated and you get charged double. The regular tasted like corn flakes. No thanks would not recommend.

Chicken was dried out, the forgot half our order at the drive through and when I called them about it the guy couldn't have cared less. Seriously don't these owners care about the reputation of their restaurant?

Changing my review. Chicken is NOT the same. Now it's bland and without much flavor. Biscuits and Jalapeño peppers are still good. Still no indoor service. Ordered a 16 piece family meal, and the cashier told me, with a straight face, that it was $50.61! I won't be going back. I could've had a decent sit down lunch for THAT.

Ordered online, but order was lost. We were ask to go somewhere and come back when our order is ready which is highly unusual. ???? the food was worth the wait though.

Chick was tasty and the sides were good..Maybe need to count better on the pieces..Missing 2..I ordered a 10 piece leg and thighs only got 8.
