What Ashlynn Boyle doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Parking is horrible, too many workers, not enough seating inside (half the inside is blocked off for storage) and the play place is closed. We almost got hit by the drive thru trying to get to the car. Worst chick-Fil-a ever. We ended up leaving with our food. View all feedback.
Drive-in line was long but it moved quickly (long lines mean a lot of other folks thought it was worth the wait just as I did! . Food was great! Dine-in was not available, bummer. The shopping center has a round-about which was busy and that made it a bit tricky, just watch the other drivers.
Typical super fast service even though they were packed. Food was fresh and hot. The sandwich (spicy chicken deluxe) was attractively assembled. Thanks for the excellent service!
Outstanding service and food. One of the best places to get a chicken sandwich in RVA! Will be back again!

Excellent service, excellent quality food...ALWAYS. They somehow manage to be exceptionally quick regardless of the length of the line. We stopped by today and the line was wrapped all the way around the building. Had our food in less than 10 minutes....unbelievably efficient there. Wish yall would train all these other places in how to work a drive through!!!!
