Jet's Pizza - Champaign

We ordered a BLT pizza . When we opened it we saw that the lettuce was wilted and not fresh . It’s like they went out to the dumpster in back and collected some for the pizza. It was disgusting . Will NEVER order from them again !

Grubhub has delivered the wrong order and jet has made it right. the pizza is very good and cheap. I have appreciated the Mangers response to the delivery problem.

We ordered a small flower cabbage “Turbo Kruste” with pfeffersalat, mushrooms, sausage, olive and sardellen. and wait over an hour, received a small pizza with chicken, bananenpfeffer and wobble. I get that we are all short-occupied, but please pay attention to the commands. I will not order again.

The first time in a jets pizza. the service was great. the pizza came fresh and delicious. I was not too interested in the chicken bites because they had too much bread on them. but my stepdaughter loved her. it is great to see that some pizza sites have not broken down on fake cheese to save cost. jets pizza used real mozzarella! the cost of our lunch was very reasonable. 8 pieces detroit cheese, order of 10 (maybe 12) chicken bites, 3 drinks and a chocolate chip cookie (pizza shaped) was under $40! we will return to the future. many thanks for such a great service.

Order pizza. after 80 minutes without pizza I called the restaurant and asked that my order is changed from delivery to collection. they said that there was a system problem and that my pizza order was delayed, but now came out of that many and that it would be ready if I came there. I drive there, wait in the lobby for 10 minutes, before someone only greeted me to find out that my pizza was not ready, but was “just come out of the many”. the pizza was extremely fat and the crust was hard. the personal had no sense of urgency and no apologe attitude. they could not take care of me and my guests if they had troubled me.
