Everything raw is fresh, dishes are cooked correctly and the craftsmanship of the entrees and appitizers is top notch.Staff is friendly and fast.The restaurant very clean. It is small, (roughly 12 tables reservations are highly advised. No liquor license; BYOB.

Considering that we are first and only table as soon as opened for lunch, it was bit hard to understand. But decorations and taste were good. They got busy shortly after. Considering it's Thursday lunch, they are still doing good business. Amount of Seafood has been reduced since pandemic. Understandable that price for everything went up but their udon is $22. Not cheap to start with. So.. it could have been better with more seafood. Green tea was good as usual. Overall, good experience

I went in and they were very busy, but I had a place at the bar where I wanted to sit anyway. it took a very long time to get the food, but I got a suppe and an salat that came out and then an amuse bouche from the chef that was amazing. I ordered the 48 hours black bell. it sat on a bed of rice and sweet mais with something bok choy and others dingen. the first taste was delicious, it fell completely apart, but then I got a bite where it was frozen. I don't know what happened. the rice was not seasoned at all. it could have been so delicious. the texture was really nice and the sweet mais added to the taste, but not enough to make for no flavor. I then ordered the sushi and sashimi and the angry drachenrolle, I believe. the sushi is so fresh here, it just looks beautiful and it tastes divine. but the roll was my favorite. I wanted to order three more. the crunchy and the aromes that all came together, I ate this in a minute flat. it was so good, I can't recommend it enough. the restaurant is very beautiful, very nicely decorated, they are very attentive and very friendly and very courteous. I'd recommend everyone here. the only reason I didn't get a five star was that the unseasoned plate was frozen slightly. everything else was a joy. I see why they are so busy! I hope that a day will come back and enjoy this place again because it was excellent!

The food comes out as it is finished which makes the dining experience a little disjointed as one person's food comes first, then a few minutes later the next and so on. It would improve a bit if they could have everyone's food delived within a couple of minutes. I know this can be difficult and I like the food so much that I am not dinging them at allThe interior is very nice and clean and it looks good. It has tables for 2, for 4 and one table for 5 and/or maybe 6. So reservations are highly recommended. The food is good and is presented well. You should enjoy it assuming you find some food to your taste. I know Japanese food so it isn't too hard for me to find food choices I like.
