Great boat noodle shop as a lunch stop on a trip north. Specialized in beef tongue but their organs were perfectly cooked. Flavorful soup, no need to add anything, tasty chilli dip, decent portion, even for normal size. There's also souvenir stands in the store. Plenty of parking, lots of tables, generally clean.
Local style Beef soup, good taste, reasonable price.
