This restaurant remembered us an important aspect of French gastronomy: its complexity. Each dish has too many flavors and often badly assorted. See for example the appetizer I had: sea Bream (of good quality) admixed with asparugus (OK), wasaby sauce (ok), another sauce with senf...(less ok), a sweet bulgur (not ok), and slices of orange (terrible). Warm welcome excellent cuisine and pleasant environment
We had dinner tonight at Pierre and Jean and enjoyed it. Thanks to the kitchen to take into account my allergies and prepare me personalized dishes. We are also delighted with the service. The waitress is dynamic, friendly and very welcoming. Thanks again for this delicious moment.

In this warm setting, despite an atypically light card for this type of establishment, we enjoyed a tasty and wonderfully realized meal. The service offered by a sparkling young woman was up to all our expectations. Perfect? Alas no! The ambient temperature at 17/18 degrees despite the abundant distribution of plaids discouraged us from an after dessert. Too bad!
