I usually don't write reviews, but this fantastic shop truly deserves one. We recently sampled a variety of baked goods, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches, and everything was exceptional! The dining areas, both inside and outside, are beautifully designed and create a pleasant atmosphere. The customer service is remarkable; the staff and the owner are incredibly friendly. During one visit, a patient staff member kindly corrected a coffee order for my husband without charging us for the new drink when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong one. Another time, I brought home some pastries only to discover that my dog had pulled them off the counter while I was briefly outside. The bakery promptly returned my call to inform me about the chocolate content in the pastries so we could address the situation accordingly. A day or two later, I received a call from a woman who I believe is the owner, checking in on how our dog was doing. She also offered to set aside a complimentary scone for us the following weekend, inviting us to bring our dog along. Such unexpected kindness!

After several visits to Ososweet I’ve decided they have the best chaitea around. Hot or cold just delish.we’ve tasted most of the scones but recently had the peach basil. So good! You have to try them! Staff is very accommodating too.

OsoSweet Bakery Cafe is a very special gem in Chester County! Tess is an amazing baker, as well as a wonderful young woman who cares about her business and providing quality items. Workers are family or close friends who always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. You will find the decor perfect for the space and the comfortable atmosphere beacons you to sit and enjoy the local surroundings. The scones are the best I've ever had with a wide assortment of sweet and savory, so anyone is sure to find one that suits their palate. The egg bites are soft and pillowy with wonderful flavor and the beverage offering is wide with specials offered frequently. Parking is easy, which is a bonus. On Friday nights you will find local musicians performing, which wood fired pizzas are being cooked up in the brick oven made by her father. The atmosphere of OsoSweet is warm and inviting with a local vibe that welcomes tourists as well. You will frequently encounter Mark and C'Anne, Tess's parents, who round out this family affair. Be sure to say hello to Tess and see the warmth of her smile. A trip to OsoSweet Bakery Cafe is sure to please the palate, your senses and will make you long to come back for more!
