Cafe Clemence - Chabanais

We have visited this restaurant for several years and have always served with good quality, but friendly, but professional staff. However, we have found that when you visit lunchtimes since the relaxation of lockdowns the standard of the plat du jour has increased to new heights after our opinion. Now, really don't say that it was previously under par, only that now it is off! while leaving reviews, the opinions are naturally subjectiv, please give this restaurant a fair go'. I don't think they'll be disappointed. we have visited much more often from late because of the high standards of le plat du jour. It can continue for a long time. well done and thanks.

Only a short visit, seems good and friendly

This establishment, which has the merit of existence, is welcome for an open evening. the staff is welcoming with the discreet courtesy so British. the dining room is clean and the decoration is impersonal. we would like a more marked setting on the great bretagne and the gastronomy proposed. service is neat and fast. The fish and the chip are very good. fries are served well hot and no fat at all. the cod is good but it contains a residual water of frozen fish at the end of cooking. It's too bad that drank. the staff is thought out, polite and pleasant. The only key question is: the fish of a reasoned fish? and this fish of a French fish? It's not indicated. I hope this fish is French but I have a big doubt. It is a shame that this establishment gains to be known.
