Easter menu 35 euros per person excluding drinks, disappointing experience, proposed menu different from that communicated at the time of booking, dry lamb chop, only one and served in a dessert plate, small garden of vegetables (a slice of courgette, one of tomato and aubergine) dry dessert, in short, the essential and intimate spirit that the owner praises in practice translates into the minimum wage (even less) paid handsomely. We had an excellent dinner here last night. We asked Pamela, the owner and chef, to prepare whatever she’d like for us. She presented 4 different different dishes for us, and each was unique and excellent. She was gracious, friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend Pepe Rosa Risto Bistro. It was an extremely pleasant evening. The owner and chef puts her heart and soul into her restaurant and the welcome. The spaghetti with cheese, pepper, lime and roasted courgettes are exceptional, I highly recommend them. At the end of dinner we stopped to chat with her and it was a real pleasure.
