Historic ice cream parlor in pinarella. Ice cream geese are not so many, but the goto is authentic. Contrary to other ice creams it offers ample space to sit in total tranquility and space.
The real italian icecream made with homemade bases from fresh and natural ingredients, not ready-made industrial and chemical ones as almost everyone does nowdays. Full-body taste, every single ingredient is well defines and its taste is fully preserved like fresh milk, fresh cream, eggs, pure chocolate. Perfectly creamy. A must!
As we walked by here every day, as our appartment was in the same building, I did want to try it once at least. (We had full board at the Hotel Amarcord) The few times I tried the icecream was of good quality. You get a little extra cone on top which looks cute. The owner was also very happy explaining about the surrounding area, gave us some maps and tips.
Historic cervia pinarella ice cream shop. I grew up taking mom's amazing carla ice cream. even the current owners are fantastic, courteous and irreplaceable. It's all Monday. when the covid ends, I hope they will return
