What Rachel L likes about Meat Project:
Very good! Good service and good food. Recommend the miso pork belly, spicy pork bulgogi and the Galbi short rib with the cheese corn side. All yummy. I like the size of the meat portions here compared to other places I've tried. Miso pork belly was our favorite. On May 23, 2022 was my first time and will probably be the last time as well. Me and my friends were there for lunch, we ordered bunches of stuffs most of them tasted quite bad. The gopchang was sour and smelled compare to other Korean Restaurants/BBQ place that served gopchang.
