What Jane Doe doesn't like about Elemen Yuán Sù Harbourfront:
We dined here on a Sunday evening meaning that the set course meal was not an option. I ordered the Chinese mushroom noodle which is vegan and my partner had the truffle mushroom pasta which is not. We both enjoyed the food but it was expensive for what it was and we both felt we could have eaten two servings and may still have been hungry. Still it’s nice to have clear options as there are not too many in this area View all feedback.

In line with Singapore 54th birthday, the elemen team has specially drawn on local food culture to create a wholesome dining experience.
We were dinning at Elemen Harbourfront on Saturday 2-Feb, 4 of us. Reservation was made through their website which is pretty convenient. We were seated at the 2nd booth seat on the right from the entrance. We have ordered a CNY special set, 2 5-course dinner set and a 1 8-course dinner set. Shortly after our order has taken place, we were surprised to see the speed of the food rushing out. My wife and myself have been to Elemen a few times and also Sufood in Raffles City. We were actually very impressed by Sufood at Raffles City that was the first time we went. The food was served in a very professional manner with the servers explaining the dish to us and in a timely manner meaning that only after we have finished our current dish will they serve the next dish. Our experience with Elemen Habourfront is totally different. The servers did not bother to explain or even inform what dish they were serving, simply by just putting the dish on the table (considered job done). And all the dishes were rushed out almost at the same time (I am impressed by the speed honestly). Seems like you go to the hawker centre and order ZiChar and then everything come out at once .... LOL. Anyway that wasn't what we were expecting so there is a big gap between what we have experienced before and the actual experience at Elemen Habourfront.
We made our reservation through Chope for our weekday lunch at Elemen. This restaurant offers fine dining setting and wholesome meatless cuisine. Their 5-course menu is reasonably priced at S$26.80 Every dish is a masterpiece. Not only it's presentable, it tastes good too. Serving portion is not huge but it's sufficient and satisfying. We recommend their nutritious double-boiled maca soup which tastes superb. The rich flavour and aroma of real black truffles in their mushroom risotto is also unbelievably delicious. Elemen meets all the requirements of a quality restaurant. It is an ideal place for special guest invitation and joyous occasion celebration. Updated from previous review on 2018-12-01
Lovely restaurant in shopping mall, friendly staff. Vegan options are clearly marked in the menu as well as those containing nuts and dairy. Had the tortilla soup which was really nice and my partner had the pesto fettuccini (not vegan). Portions were ideal for a light brunch. Nice touch with the table water being infused with rosemary.
