Pub dreadful, waited 35 minutes for a jacket potato as order was “lost”. People bringing own food in, of which staff were aware. Manager not interested. Tables not cleared and glasses piled up everywhere

Would never eat here again,worst Wetherspoons I’ve ever been to, even my 9yr old said it was a disgrace!. Staff just look miserable and we’re unhelpful when we needed them, even asking where the toilets were the girl couldn’t be bothered to speak. Ordered on the app, watched our drinks sit on the bar for over 10 minutes so we asked a member of staff if we could have them and she said she would get someone to do it then she walked past the drinks again about 4 times so after another 5mins I went to collect them myself, lady behind the bar was very rude and very loudly told me I couldn’t take them even though the receipt had our table number on and our table was 4 steps away from the bar People were staring and it was embarrassing, told her we’d asked someone and she hasn’t bought them over but apparently the girl was under 18 so couldn’t deliver drinks to our table. The food took 35-40 mins to come and the chips turned up cold, burgers and pizza were ok. We ordered ice cream for the kids which also took ages and it was runny melting by the time we got it. When the guy came to clear our table he just miserably said ‘pass me your plate’ instead of getting it himself, no please or Thankyou’s at all. The place was a mess, tables dirty, floor dirty, massive cobwebs on windows and the staff were moody and attitudes were stinking.

Good locations nexr to park and Asda... staff is friendly and welcoming we had their breakfast which Iis good value and freshly cooked keep up the good work

Driven past for years, but had some time so thought I'd give it a try. Very close to shops. Pleasantly impressed with the size. Was peacefully quiet to have breakfast. Easy to get comfortable here for a few hours. Loved the breakfast

I was in there on Saturday 11th March before going to the Grove and I will never bother going in there again before a show. We ordered our food and drink on the App because the queue was so long but it still took 50 mins for our drinks to be served and 1hour and 10 mins for our food. When I asked if we could have a refund if the food didn't arrive in time I was told we could but to ask 10 mins before we had to leave as there was also a queue for refunds !!! Absolute shambles and the food was luke warm when it arrived I didn't complain at the time as we just had to eat and run or we would have missed the show
