What Brianna Turner doesn't like about Starbucks:
This Starbucks used to be the best Starbucks around but the last several times I have gone, the experience has been less than even okay. The workers are always rude and irritated, and they cannot listen. They have messed up so many really simple drinks with different milks so many times it's actually kind of ridiculous. Which, is so sad co aidering I have been going to this Starbucks for about 10 years. View all feedback.
I've come through the drive-thru a few times And an employee named Louis has been fabulous! So kind a friendly and helpful! The manager there was also wonderful!
Customer service was horrible I stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to be talked to, there was only 2 people in the store that had their drinks already and the drive through had one car. The girls behind counter weren’t friendly or nice didn’t ask for my name for my order,when my order was ready they called out the drink name, I said thank you and the girl rolled her eyes at me and continued make drinks. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location
Employees are so sweet, my order wasn’t correct and they remade it quickly and also gave us an extra drink. Their friendliness and quickness to fix is very appreciated!! Thank you!!
Great location and great service. Staff was kind and helpful.
I was going through the drive-thru for my weekly coffee treat and noticed an employee who was clearly very sick with what was likely covid(Coughing loudly with next to no voice). I asked if she was feeling okay; and she said she has a fever and is light headed. When I asked why she was at work given she is clearly not food safe I was told her Manager Eve forced her to come in even when she told her the symptoms she is having. This is unacceptable treatment of employees and not what I look forward to when visiting my third place.
