This place is extremely modern and friendly for everyone! I highly recommend The Bay! Why did the seagull fly over the sea? Because if it flew over The Bay it would be called a Bay gull! ?

Ate here for the first time today with a friend of mine.. ordered a carmel latte w/ extra carmel flavor. I took a sip knew right away that it didn 't taste very good at all. I had my friend try it to make sure it wasn 't just me and she also said it wasn 't good at all.. with only 2 sips taken out of the glass, I asked the waitress if that drink could just be taken off the bill, that it didn 't taste good and I wouldn 't be drinking it. Waitress said she would have to check with the manager.. while I seen the conversation happen, I knew I 'd end up having to pay almost $9 for this drink judging by the attitude of the manager.. which is exactly what happened. No I 'm sorry, can we make you another or replace it with something else from the menu .. No apology at all actually. Just that I was paying for it regaurdless. I 'm not one to complain, but I feel that this was handled very poorly.. not a way to get our business again.

Service was terrible!! Our server disappeared for over a half hour and nobody else asked if we wanted more drinks. Our appetizer tasted awful. Won't be going back.

This place is a dump. Food is lousy and overpriced. Might as well just go to McDonald's.
