Employee said asshole twice so I walked out. Instead of just letting me leave, another employee shouted bye obnoxiously so I said say asshole again and she said my mom is a bitch. She then followed me outside and wrote my plates down. My sister went back to get corporates number and the same employee called her fat ass. View all feedback.

The Google hours were not accurate, as we found out that the restaurant is actually open 7 days a week until 10 P.M. There were only two employees working at the time, but they were both very friendly and helpful. We both ordered bowls and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing they tasted. In my opinion, the food was even better than Chipotle.
Samonjai was so pleasant and friendly. I recommend this place because of this young man. The food was hot and fresh and was the perfect combination. The store was also clean and smelled so good. The floor was cleaned and swept and tables wiped down.
Pancheros has some of the worst staff i've ever seen a restaurant have. Every one I go to is terrible. Today I did an online order, and it was ready to go when I got there. I walk in and there is a line of people ordering, and then about three people waiting for online orders. The workers wouldn't even look at us, they were ignoring all the people who had online orders. Soon there was like 7 of us, and we were all asking for our food, and nobody would listen. One guy looked at like two things and said he didn't have anyone's. Everyone was getting so tired as they continued to get the walk-ins, and ignored all the mobile orderes. Finally I stopped someone and asked for mine and it was sitting right there the entire time. The whole point of mobile orders is that you don't have to interact with people, and it is quick and easy when you're in a rush. They are the only place that you can't just walk in and grab your order. You have to wait for an employee to get it for you. It's so ridiculous they are the only place that hasn't figured it out. Mobile orders are supposed to be prioritized, and it's so awful they wouldn't even look at us when they know some of us had places to be.
In Cedar Rapids, anytime I go to ANY location, the people are not friendly. Everyone seems to hate their job, never smiling. They act as if it is an inconvenience to even wait in you. The food is good, but for the price, portions are small.
If i could do a lower star i would, the fact that you can go into this place and they will do online orders before serving an in person customer is just absolutely crazy, you have a whole line waiting for you guys to serve them food and two people working and one person doing the actual work while the other just stands and watches, you guys need more people working or a more efficient way that shit is absolutely ridiculous i don't plan on ever coming back to pancheros and i love burritos. shit something needs to change y'all got a 1.5 stars and declining
