Caucho - Cedar Rapids

Our server, Ms. Savannah, was amazing! She was busy but still took the time to review the menu with us and answer all of our questions. The food was clearly prepared with care and the presentation was excellent. The bar was beautiful and the drinks were delicious. Caucho, you guys are fantastic! Highly recommend.

We visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience! We started with chips and salsa and were able to choose three fresh salsas to go with our order. The chipotle salsa had a delicious smokey flavor, while the pineapple salsa was a perfect mix of sweet and tangy. Our tacos were amazing, bursting with flavor and filling. We also tried a fresh, brownish cole slaw that was excellent. Our server was attentive and our food arrived promptly and well-presented. We hardly noticed the wait between ordering and receiving our chips and salsa, and we left feeling satisfied and satisfied.
