Mcdonald's - Cedar City

These people are beyond incompetent. Curbside order of 3 items took 20 full minutes. Iced coffee looked and tasted like water, which I told them— but no one cared. They also forgot condiments. This store is run like a mess and completely inefficient. Employees roaming aimlessly around. The girl at the counter just stands there doing nothing when she should be helping everyone else out in her downtime. There were legit 15 customers waiting for their food and she’s just sitting there twiddling her thumbs. Take initiative. A place like this off a busy highway can’t run smoothly when you have clueless workers.

Had midnight munchies staying at a hotel next door. Staff was arguing a lot. Just wanted a simple crispy chicken sandwich to curve the appetite. Pictures explain everything.

Usually it takes to get food during the busy time. I'm going to work very early, when I walk around, it's fresh and tasty. during some other timeframes the service can be very slow and in the rule at least one item is wrong, but they try to correct and get it right. I only had a really terrible experience and that is a withdrawal not a rule. it was late at 8:30. they seemed to have a lot of personal, but they could not get up yet. I was in the drive thru line almost 20 minutes from the arrival to receive order. I was told to move forward and wait more. my order came out and was not my order. I had sent him back and waited longer. my corrected command came out and was wrong for the third time again. the poor fellow worker finally pulled out her phone and took my order to make sure it was right. the third time it was finally right. again this was the only really terrible experience. my other visits here were actually much better.

Went in to order breakfast for my husband and I and the staff practically ignored all of the guest in the lobby, one woman was in the front taking drive through orders so everyone was using the computer things, so we got on one, it wanted a table stand but they were all at the register, and either option we tried to choose it asked for a table top so I entered 1 and it still said I had to pay with the cashier who was taking more drive through orders than people in the lobby, she acted like nothing mattered when I explained that the machine wouldn't let me pay there, and took my money and practically blew me off for the customer behind me, none of the tables were clean, there were table numbers on tables and the place was the dirtiest place I have ever visited it was disgusting seeing food and trash all around the whole place. We didn't dare even sit and eat our food, we got to my mom's and I decided to heat up my coffee and found a dead fly in my coffee, no wonder the drive through was so long nobody wanted to walk inside.

I actually worked here and I got some things to say. For one, they don't actually train you. They throw you to the wolves immediately and act surprised when you have no idea what to do. I was put on the front counter at one point and while working they said they had no idea where I was and were looking for me. I was right where you put me. The customers are also super rude. One guy has actually thrown a chicken sandwich at me all because the order was wrong. One lady in driveway literally screamed at me for misunderstanding her order. These people couldn't read a menu even if their lives depended on it then got upset about it as if the untrained workers were responsible for it. Don't eat here. Not even bugs will touch the food, place is a terrible health code violation.
