What Rachael Williams doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Horrible experience. Manager is named Ashley and has absolutely no people skills. Can't even order food without her interrupting, after the third interruption I gave up. Confused as to how she is in management, hope she treats her employees better than her customers. If I knew the franchisee I would highly recommend some training for Ashley and her crew if you would like to improve the customer experience. View all feedback.
Your not suppose to ask for marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks if you look on the app you can see they already come with it and it don’t let you take it off so why is it every time I get mozzarella sticks I don’t get marinara sauce?
Paid almost 7.00 for a foot long hotdog, the weenie was raw as if they got it from the refrigerator and put it on the bun, tried to call but it keeps saying my call won’t go Thur, that is disgusting to pay that amount for a raw weenie on a bun , I’ll never go to Sonic again .

Staff were slow to take the order but after that it was great
A different sonic but the same kind of food TERRIBLE. No need to go explain. I've learned my lesson
