The Cavern - Cave City

Small place with very friendly staff and customers. The karaoke people were good and everyone made us feel at home even though we had never been there.

Tim Brown charged us $18 for a shot at The Cavern about 2 months ago, which is obviously ridiculous. so Enrique tried making it right by this deal. Even after they did my best friend Monica Meredith dirty by “cutting her hours” and giving the hours to his affair Rita King. We get there and not even 5 minutes getting there Tim Brown calls the cops and says we were trying to start fights. We literally just sat down at a table and then Sissy went up to the bar to get another beer, then Tim Brown comes at us yelling and cussing at me and mom calling us different names. He then proceeds to put his hands on me AND my mom while we are talking to Enrique who is suppose to be the new owner. The bartender Rita claimed she asked us to leave, but she wouldn’t even look our way or come get our order so that isn’t true. The cops showed up by the time we were outside and Tim is still acting like the drunk idiot he is and he goes and gets Rita and Rita came outside acting belligerent like Tim to the point the cops told her to be quiet and go inside. They laughed when they found out the truth and me and my mom left. Moral of the story, DONT go to the Cavern because the owner is a brainless low life who doesn’t know how to run a bar or treat people with respect.

We found this cool lil bar n grill on an overnight stop in Cave City. We had a great time talking with the owner, waitress and a couple of locals. Delicious hamburgers!!

Great little bar. Tiffany is an awesome bartender/waitress. Awesome personality. Great place for a brew and snacks.
