2 stars due to the breading that was dry, stuffing more or less and cream cheese is not of bad quality, but it becomes almost impossible to eat with such bad rice, for this rice to be bad it has to improve a lot! I'm used to going to several Japanese restaurants in my state and I've never eaten such bad rice, you know if a sushi man is good for the rice and unfortunately this only tasted like vinegar and sugar, if it improved this point it would have everything to be a good one Japanese food. Another negative point is that they didn't have salmon, I wanted to try the combinations that are shown on instagram and they simply didn't have them, and my brother-in-law who is from the city said he goes to this restaurant twice a month and they haven't had salmon since July.. we asked when it would arrive and the attendant said that MAYBE only next year, I also asked about the yakisoba and they didn't have any! Total disregard on the part of the owner.. if you don't have salmon, take it off the menu, or increase the prices, but it's a lack of responsibility for a Japanese restaurant to go without salmon for months.. it's the same thing as going to a steakhouse and not having meat, only chicken and sausage! Another restaurant that adheres to Caucasian mediocrity. Good point, cool layout but sloppy management. I hope they occupy the point better.

Terrible service, there is never any salmon ordered, it takes an hour to come out and if you order it all together, one thing arrives and another is missing, there is no water, there are no starters, it has been better
