Fire and wheat is a local located on the port canal of gabicce sea. we stayed one evening in September to eat a pizza and, according to us, it is an experience not to be missed. When we talk about pizza we risk being divisive, there are those who consider only the traditional proposals and who innovate too. from fire and wheat the Neapolitan pizza maker guarantees the basics of tradition, and in the menu are the main pizzas common to many locals. but then you pass over and the menu is enriched with special pizzas, unpublished, some also strange at the first reading. with a wire conductor: the quality of the ingredients, very sought after. Pizza is not large, but you won't be hungry. the dough and cooking are two strengths. the crispy cornice without being too cooked is fabulous.
