Village Pizza Ii - Catskill

Extremely disappointing service. The food is delicious, but the staff either misleads about wait times or completely forgets orders. I was told it would be an hour wait for a pizza and two dozen wings, but two hours later, they had just started preparing the order. Despite ordering in advance and having groceries waiting in my car, I still had to wait in the restaurant for an hour. No discount or apology was offered. I don't mind waiting, just be truthful about it!

While the pizza may be slightly salty, the flavors are exceptional and the toppings are plentiful. Additionally, the eggplant and chicken parmesan dishes are excellent choices as well.

We randomly stopped by this restaurant during a road trip and were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding pizza. It was just as good as any pizzeria in New York City or the Bronx that I have visited (and I've visited quite a few). The owners were incredibly kind and even gave my son some pizza slices to take with us because he enjoyed it so much. I am excited for our next road trip so we can visit this place again!

We had a great experience at this restaurant in a charming, historic village. The large pizza was delicious and the staff, especially Dan and Maria, took excellent care of us. We are grateful for their top-notch service and look forward to returning the favor.

We had a wonderful dinner! We both ordered the Eggplant Parmesan, which came with a tasty salad, garlic bread, and many other delicious sides.
