Sam's Club - Catonsville

Having both of the larger box store memberships I usually prefer Costco over Sam's club but have recently visited here moreso than Costco. I only shop here with the scan and go because lines are always long and I just don't want to wait. Some days are better than others You have to get there early in the day to get certain items. I hope things improve.

I've been a sam's club member for many years now. i normally do my shopping online, but yesterday my mom and i were close to the store so we stopped in to purchased some items. big mistake! parking was ridiculous because they repaved the parking lot. we had to park so far from the store, which was an inconvenience. when we got close to the entrance there was a stench coming from the store..yuck! my mom and i walked in and was greeted by the greeter. we then strolled down the aisles that were neatly stacked with items. when we got to the aisle that has bathroom items, i kept smelling the stench again. i felt as if i wanted to throw up. the store had all the items that i was looking for which was a plus. but come on sam's club! you guys make too much money to be having the store smelling like that. shame on you!

Came here for one of their rotisserie chickens for a quick dinner option. And a key lime pie...and the Korean beef ready to cook with onions and seasonings. Checkout was a bit of a wait, but it's Sam's Club so what did I expect? They had a ton of other goodies, but I'm trying to stick to my list...which I didn't of course (hence the key lime pie and Korean beef impulse purchases) Overall, a great place to shop...if I could just stick to my list and stop impulse buying...my guess is that they know this already, lol!

I was in the store and saw a laptop for clearance sale. Spoke to the customer service after taking a slip with marked price and also marked please take one . The lady told me item is not for sale and not in stock. She told me there are 2 available in other store in Laurel and when I talked over the phone at thee Laurel location, I was told item is cancelled. I was surprised that something is not working here. I asked to the lady at catonsville location that what if I want to buy the item that is there. She said no. Really? if that is so where do they go ? It was not a good experience.

The lines were very fast today. I was very surprised. Plus the shelves were stocked
