Burger King - Catonsville

From one customer service worker to another, this place has its system on lock. I was helped by a person who was the whole ride on himself and had torn out the orders as if it were... I guess it's her job. That means she was professional, fast and friendly. I know from experience that it is not easy to stay calm if you are the only person on a register during a rush. Whoever you are, the person who works the drive thru Register at about 2:45ish on 3/3/22: they are an absolute ACE and a rock star. Get up! My only complaints would come to things that really can't be helped or are completely out of control of the company: lack of personnel, scarcity of warehouses, car park problems, and always too big a drink for what I have ordered (not that I thanked of course! So for what it is worth, you all do great, given the chaos in these days!

Standard Burger King in Ellicott City. Fast and fast journey through and in service. The staff seems to stand on their profits and always be fast and accommodating.

This is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants I have been to. And since I’m the sales rep, I’m always driving and stop daily somewhere. Everyone was courteous, polite, engaged, and friendly. It was very clean. Including the bathrooms. I just wanted to give a shout out to the employee. Thank you.

Everytime I order from off of DoorDash yall are always forgetting things drinks sandwiches made wrong desserts missing and yall don’t do no better in person with the food either yall rush everything and don’t even be busy which is highly annoying

Yes, prices went up but... that flame broiled double Whopper deliciousness. What's it gonna hurt every so often!!
