By far the worst pizza delivery I've ever experienced. Took hours to deliver, missing toppings, burnt cheese, and toppings I didn't ask for. Will never order from here again

Yo guys are the worst pizza place ever. Messed our order up and took two hours to deliver. the pizza was burnt to **** as well. I will be boycotting your poor excuse for a pizza place

Beyond disappointed with the customer service that I received today. Ordered a pizza and four ranch for delivery to my work. Took the usual 45 minutes to deliver. When I received my pizza I noticed that I did not get my ranch. So I immediately called and asked if the driver could turn around to bring it to me. They said that once he got back that they would have him deliver the rest of my order. Waited another 45 minutes and called again. I was told that they are too busy and would not be delivering me my ranch that I paid for. Pretty bummed out, I always order from Jet City out of Clear view and I love their pizza. I just cant believe the lack of customer service today.

Was super excited to order from anywhere that wasn't garlic jims! Too bad online ordering was down and then when I called in they couldn't honor online ordering discounts. 20 min on the phone and ended being told they could only give me one coupon per order. Ruined my day...
