Round Table Pizza - Castro Valley

I appreciate restaurants in his category. As I will rate fine restaurants in his own and fast food in the same category. Round Table Pizza in Castro Valley has long been in the neighborhood. I rated it high because of his service and our experience recently. We planned a birthday party for our daughter and I called to order food for a party that starts after school. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a total of seven extra large pizzas and some chicken wings to be ready at 3:30 p.m., and she told me that there will be no problem with a party of 14 18 people. We came at 3:30 and we were assigned in their party area. They began to bring hot pizza and newly cooked wings out in time. The guests arrived and enjoyed the pizza. The staff and the manager came regularly to check if we were all right and needed something else. They were all great! The pizza well, everyone should know how a round table pizza tastes. It is decent pizza, always good when you eat it in the restaurant as a delivery. King Arthur Supreme and the Chicken Garlic are my way when we eat a round table pizza.

Yesterday, I ordered 2 pizzas from this restaurant over the phone. After 30 minutes, I went to pick them up and was given only one pizza. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the second pizza, only to be told that they had forgotten to make it. The first pizza I received was cold and overdone. Frustrated, I left behind a receipt for $50 and the pizza on the counter, and went back home. Thank you.

I ordered a personal pan pizza and a garden salad, but they delivered the wrong salad with lettuce and peppers! This salad was not anything close to a garden salad. I will not be ordering delivery from Round Table Pizza again. Poor service when placing an order. ????????????????????????????????

Great pizza and large..Huge pitchers for beer. Working on the dinning room so no tvs were working but I am sure atmosphere is better

Hello to everyone reading this, I feel it is important to share my experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner has been taking advantage of their workers by stealing their tips. Any tips left on credit cards are being deducted from the employees' paychecks each week. For example, if you leave a $5 tip on a credit card, the worker will see a $5 reduction in their paycheck. I recommend leaving tips in cash to ensure the workers receive the full amount.
