Amazing! I have been exploring pizzerias all over the country for years, trying everything from incredible to Californian styles. The paprika, banana pepper, and onion pizza I had from Goomba's was truly the best pizza I've ever had. Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere near that location and I am truly sad about it. What User doesn't like about Goomba's Wood Fired Pizza:
The pizza at this restaurant was very disappointing. They cut the pizza into 6 slices instead of the standard 8, which was strange. The pizza itself had no flavor and was undercooked. The garlic knots were also unsatisfactory, lacking real garlic flavor and tasting like garlic powder and oil. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be ordering from here again. Go through for work found this place, no regret! prices wise 5 crust is amazing that wood fired taste and it is perfectly cooked so that it does not burn or not soggy. super nice staff and a nice local business! thanks goombas?
Horrible customer service and treatment over the phone. I placed a Grubhub order that was 30 minutes late. I then called them and they said they had a ‘technical issue’, but were aware of all details of my order. The person offered to deliver the food in 20-30 minutes, then said it would actually take 45-50 minutes, and then said they would have to cancel my order. I tried to call back to inquire as to when it would be canceled, he said they would call to cancel it in 10 minutes and then hung up.They had no intention to call and tell me my order wasn’t coming, and then still after the ‘technical difficulties’ had not canceled my order. I’m addition, the person on the phone was extremely rude. I do not recommend GOOMBAS to other people and plan to never use them again after this terrible experience.
We just ordered pizza and wings , and let me tell you. The pizza was fantastic the Margarita pizza is spectacular , and I’m a pizza guy . Bean all over . John’s of bleaker in the city ect. I’m a man of the pizza . I’m not ur average joe . I take the pizza game serious . Not as good as defazios in Troy . But we not in Troy are we. For the Castleton East Greenbush area it’s really solid and will b my go to pizza place moving foward .
Ordered a pizza on a Saturday night at 9pm here now at 9:30pm and they are closed?! Terrible service. Awful experiences. This is my second time trying them out and the first time was also a 1 star.. never again.
Very nice! Great pizza and wings. My mom loved the Mediterranean salad!
