Perfect date night!!! I don't know how I just find living in this place after four years! It's nice to have the food to die. Will definitely go back Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Grand Buddha Bistro:
saddest pho experience I ever had! no beef, no bean sprouts or lime or sauce – just soggy noodles and broth. And so expensive! Service: Take Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.
*Get the ginger beef they said*... $25 for a VERY VERY small portion not worth the value. The pork spring rolls are great. And the Pho has its moments (often an inconsistent flavor) with the price drastically increased. Someone please open a Pho ghost kitchen!!
Food was absolutely delicious!! Incredibly kind, personable and efficient staff. Beautiful and clean environment. Would recommend 100%. Will most definitely come back when I’m in town.
We were somewhat concerned when there were no other diners when we arrived at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening. However our meal was excellent. My wife had a tasty chicken curry while I had the Grand Buddha salad. All ingredients were fresh and the sauces/dressings were delicious. Don’t be put off by the somewhat spartan decor. It is not a reflection on the quality of the food!
We had the Pad Thai and the Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli and both dishes were excellent. The services are absolutely HUGE and well worth the $24.99 per dish. I think that the restaurant might be busier on a Saturday night if the portions were 1/3 smaller and the price 25% less, i.e. $18.99 would be more amenable, especially to those of us who are overnighting in a hotel and don't want to have leftovers or to gorge ourselves. Service was pleasant as was the atmosphere.
We use to come here at least once a month and although the service is good the food was extremely disappointing this time . The salad rolls are good but the pho broth is really lacking flavour as well as real pho is ribeye not roast beef . The prices have skyrocketed but the quality of the food has really gone downhill . For 2 coffees salad roll spring roll and 2 bowls of unflavoured pho with chuck roast beef was over $100 and not worth it . We will not be going back
