Had the opportunity to stay in an hotel that is very close to this shop, the Hotel Paradiso, wich is also amazing. So they suggested me to try this ' 'Graffe ' ' and guys they are delicius. It 's like a donugh but 100 times better

Directed here by the very friendly take away pizza place on Via Panoramica. So glad they did. Doughnuts were absolutely delicious. Definitely worth seeking out.

I read about this place on Trip Advisor and decided to find it an early morning (located in very small, cozy streets away from tourist area . It was definitely worth all the efforts. I don't know if they do anything else than graffa (chocolate or vanilla cream filled and soft bread in donut/berliner style dough , but as you say if you found the golden recipe, why then bother with anything else. If you value authenticity, quality and good taste (and fresh donuts , then this is a must try if in area. Donuts will never be the same again :

I have lived for years in gragnano, our summer evenings always ended with the legendary pupetta .la vera graffa in absolute. I've been living in Rome for ten years and yesterday I brought my pupetta husband was speechless! a trip only for a beautiful breakfast . for ever the best ever!!!!
