Contribute FeedbackAs every year, at a fair in Trentola Ducenta, we planned to have lunch in the previous restaurant (Paolo . At the time of the usual reservation I was warned that the activity had changed name and place. Forts of previous experiences we have accepted of good degree the variation. We were even welcomed in the street and accompanied inside the restaurant room. The environment is cozy in marine style with cheerful blue sea walls. We did not express special wishes (if not for wine, a prosecco appreciated by my wife leaving white paper and free hand to Paul. Approach on the kitchen allowed to see the preparation of fresh products at the moment. As the sign says at the entrance, antipasteria, these dishes are served mainly, but there is no need to repent. The courses: very delicate shrimps in the sauce powdered cocktails of bottarga; fresh marinated anchovies; tasty oysters; rain salad; smoked salmon on crostino; fresh tomato bruschette and pancakes; zuppetta of cannellini and mussels; appetizing Luciana octopus; salmon scallops; light anchovies frittura, corn chele To conclude spaghetti, red, with clams and flours. In short, the number of courses, the quality and variety of the food offered, the fish is very fresh, probably responding to what is available on the market. The excellent wine, one stop and the other move, complete the lunch. A note to the quiet and pleasant environment that you owe to the manager's affability (and family members! : it feels pampered: pleasant to exchange a chat with Paul and his father. Very careful service. Outside there is a swimming pool (includingly empty considering the period... I suppose we can use it in summer to dispose or wait for lunch. The price is very honest and the quality of the excellent products. Although a bit away from home is definitely worth the trip.
