Il Conte Hop - CASSOLNOVO

In order, it was clear since the beginning that this place was not a gourmet restaurant, but showing such a great selection of meat and not one with a decent taste is a record in itself! my man and I had an angus' tagliata:. the cooking was good, but it was surprisingly tasteless (but for the salt and I even wondered if it was angus at all. my brother had a well cooked pork, his flesh was tender and slightly peeled from the bone, but had no taste! my mother-in-law was happier: her roasted scamorza was good enough to save her dinner! and so on, very large amounts without taste, if not the (industrial) sauces that had to be spread on food to try something (which was not our case, as we had our dishes the way they came out of the kitchen). note that this restaurant does not use teller to serve food, but only cutting plates! in the did everything comes on small rounded cutting plates, with hundreds of previous meat/belts/seeds, so bites, fats, etc. only the small supplement of the salad (good, a leaf iceberg, a quarter tomato and a spoon of mais) comes in a bread-like cup the size of a hand. oh yes, they boast more than 150 beer varieties, but it would be better to have them with an honest cup (frozen), and the evening will not be spoiled! but if they find another place to finish their day, it will not be a bad idea.

The best place to eat meat around novara and vigevano. despite the familiarity and always crowded (book in advance is quite compelling) the il conte hop still has a real atmosphere with the crew really eager to help and host them. the place is essentially. a unique room with about 10 tables that make the place loud and crowded, so they don't think in conte hop as a place for a romantic dinner, but if they are cooked with a friend or a partner who loves meat, this is the right place. I was twice and tried the tagliata di hamburger hackfleisch served with a delicious Gorgonzola sauce and the original tagliata, both excellent: meat medium rare but juicy. my friends ordered pork and burger, all excellent. extensive selection of beers, homemade desserts (the birramisu, a re-interpretation of classic tiramisù all for reasonable price consodering they eat first quality meat. worth a visit!
