Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Casselberry

The service at the register was very friendly, despite being short-staffed. The manager took my order and entered it, but when 5 pieces were missing, she quickly rectified the mistake. The restaurant was busy with many people waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, I later discovered that some items were missing from my bag when I got home. I tried calling the restaurant for advice but received no answer. This experience left me unable to fully enjoy my meal and feeling disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for.

The meal was delivered hot, but unfortunately, the order was incorrect. The food was overly salty, especially the Cajun rice and gravy on the mashed potatoes. The popcorn shrimp, however, were delicious and a good portion size for the price.

The staff at this restaurant is always welcoming and the family dinner pack never disappoints. During my recent visit, I ordered the chicken strip meal with dirty rice for my son. Unfortunately, he was not impressed. He felt that there was too much bread and the rice was overcooked and mushy. I tried a bite and I have to agree with him. He also found the honey to be a bit harsh, not sweet at all, more like dijon mustard. Despite these issues, I think the restaurant is trying their best.

Honestly, today was the most pleasing I had at this place. the manager I didn't get his name was super courtesy about the intercom and the window. this was also one of the faster times I received my order. a thing that is always consistent at this point, but is eating. visit was at 18:30 clock at 18/27.

I really had a great experience here. By far the best Popeyes I’ve been too. Food was great and extremely fresh. Also the customer service was spectacular. George and Luis took great care of you. I will be back!
