Chf daily entry fee and that alone for the ticino area is already a great plus. The lido caslano is small but very well kept and has lots of things available. It's certainly a quiet scenic spot where you can see almost all the...ticino area. there is a nice sandy beach area in front of the swim spot with sun tanning beds and umbrellas. A nice changing room area with clean toilets and a full time lifegaurd. Just before the lido entrance is a nice big parking space with chf per hour so not too expensive.A vast restaurant area with lots of seating space both in covered areas or in the sun. Tried the bbq baby back ribs and the burgers. was not disappointed with either for the ribs with a side of salad, and for the burger with chips. there is a cocktail bar which makes good cocktails and a small snack bar in front of the beach. a nice beach volley court is also present if you are into sports. The staff is friendly and willing to help. All in all a great experience and weekend. best of all is that at night they often have concerts shows or events making this a place where you can go in the early morning and leave late at night.
We went to Lido di Caslano to enjoy a jazz concert. Nice cool ambiance, parking nearby, excellent cocktails.

Like all lidos around the lakes during the summer it can get busy but never over-crowded so perhaps they limit numbers? Did not eat, so cannot comment about the food on offer.
