The food is good and everything... I just wish the dining room is open so I can order in front.
My husband loves the Ruben it was freshly made the lady gave us the wrong order but quickly fixed it, would return to this fast food restaurant again
3 at best. The quality and service has gone down. A lot of the workers dont know how the coupons work, and often forget to give me the sauces or whatever I ask for in the drive through. The food is still your normal Arby's fair, which I happen to love. Sadly this is the only Arby's near my house.
I just looked at my receipt because something didn't seem right . The employee on drive through charged me separately for our sandwich, fries, and drink on 2 combos, making it way more expensive than it should have been. He seemed confused the whole time. Fries were soggy and cold.
Not getting my business until you open the dining room. No excuses and I will not eat in my car. If you can't hire enough people, then pay more or treat your employees well enough to not leave. Went next door to Zaxbys.
