Poor manners and laziness. The manager, Viviana, was unprofessional, and the staff were inefficient and unapologetic. The issues seem to start at the corporate level. It felt like they found their job very difficult. Saying "No problem" isn’t the same as "You’re welcome" or "Thank you!"
I had the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The menu offers a great variety, and the music playing adds a nice touch. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the kitchen is spotless. They really do an excellent job here!
The restaurant was dirty, with unsuitable music playing inside. The cookie display was left open, allowing flies to get in. I also overheard a customer complaining about the bathroom being unclean, but the issue appeared to be ignored.
Classic Wendy's experience. This location appeared to be a bit older, so it wasn't the cleanest or most modern. However, the food was consistently good, and I have no complaints in that regard.
It's 9:45 PM, and they closed the front entrance while many people are still waiting for their orders outside. Now they have no choice but to go through the drive-thru, even though they advertised carry-out. I wouldn't recommend this place. The management is even more disappointing; they ignore customers asking for help because they’re confused about the carry-out process.
