The drive through took forever it seems before someone finally asked for our order, but once that was done, it went fairly quick. Our order was exact and hot. Worth the wait for sure. If it wasn't for the wait, then u may have 5 starred it. Keeping it ! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
the lobby is almost always closed – even from 6:30 o'clock. there is a girl in the night shift that is very unpleasant from the moment when she answers the drivethru. I was in the last weeks several times in this taco bell and every time it was a real one?! show and tonight I had it. If customers didn't send me here, I would never return to this place again. The experience was the worst. full waste of money, gas and time. what a disappointment. I wouldn't serve anyone so heinous. they knowingly and sneak, put this piece slop in my pocket and tried to tell me it was impossible to make. I worked at chipotle, I wrapped burritos three times bigger, even more damp, if you feel better to put your hired in chess. the manager was not to find what raises.
This store has taken a nose dive. The bathrooms were filthy, waste basket over flowing no paper towels. Dining area floor looked as if it has not been cleaned for days. Food in corners. Tables had crumbs left on them. Very disgusting. Took too long to get our order. Need to replace manager with someone who can take charge and get this store back up to what it once was.
I am a doordasher and frequent this restaurant for deliveries. I see them give deliveries to drivers through the drive thru all the time while waiting inside for orders and I occasionally use the drive thru as well. Yesterday, the drive thru was the only option because the lobby was closed so today I went through the drive thru because I did not know if the lobby was open. I was told I could not pick up orders from the drive thru because it was against their policy even though I know that's not the case. I told them I did not know and that I would go inside next time but since I had waited in line like everyone else, I would like to just get the food through the drive thru that time. An employee went to hand me my food and was physically blocked by the manager who told me that I worked for Taco Bell and that I needed to do what she told me to. I told her I worked for myself and that I am a freelance contract worker through Doordash. She continued to lie to me that I work for her and have a contractual obligation to not only do what she says, but that I have always had a contractual obligation to pick up food only from the lobby which again, I know is not true. I was refused the food they had sitting for me right in front of them and was so late I had to cancel my order because they wanted to lie to me about my contracts and have a change of heart about their drive thru policy with no wiggle room for me not knowing. The manager in question was a 30-40 year old woman who was a little heavy set and may have been Hispanic. I am highly disappointed that Taco Bell would allow people to be managers who lie to delivery drivers about their cantruactual obligations and who they work for. This could have been a very harmful situation had she picked something more serious to lie about as a contractual obligation.
Walked in at 6:40 PM, never got greeted! Waited for 10 minutes then went to self order to place order! Then an employee said out loud you know our lobby closes at 8:00? Lol just received our order. Is it the new norm to not put any meat on a $5.00 CrunchWrap? Second time for this to happen, wow guess DelTaco needs to be the place we go??
Lately has been taking 20 minutes to get through drive thru, and not because there are a lot of customers, but rather because service is that slow. No longer able to go there on my lunch break. I’m guessing they’re short staffed but that needs to be fixed.
