Haven't been to a baskin Robbins in 6 years and i finally got a chance to go in and order a milkshake. The employees were young and very friendly! They ask how my day was going and even welcomed me in! The milkshake was perfect as well! I will be coming in more often! View all feedback.
What Michele S doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Creature Creations were a total rip off. VERY small portions compared to pictures. NO creature on the cups at all. Just tiny little cups with very little ice cream and very little topping. The kids were really disappointed. For the price, we could have gotten them larger scoops and better toppings, since there was no creature cups. View all feedback.

They didnt have what I ordered so I was disappointed but hopefully what was available my mom will enjoy.
I ordered a layered Sunday and got 1 tiny scoop of ice cream. When I told them they said it's how it comes. $7 for a scoop of ice cream with toppings. Unexceptable. I won't be going back.
Almost $30 paid. for a Sunday and a banan gap. melted and so small portions and note as the picture that her youngs are showing up. as good work. they should give the employees an increase. never again
Drove to the front of the store and it was locked, we were told to order through the drive through by a boy and so we drove around. Keep in mine this was an hour before they were supposed to close. We were greeted by a girl who said hi.. we are closed, is there anything else we can help you with . We 'll obviously not anymore. Thanks for another terrible experience. Third time wasn 't a charm. WORST location I 've been to. Side note, don 't go to the BR on Northtowne Ln in Reno, they don 't know how to make a standard banana split.
