O'charley's - Carrollton

My husband and I ate here on a busy Sunday. The food was delicious, and our waiter was attentive. One person stood out amongst the others that is the young man who delivered the meals. I asked his name, and they told me it was 'Race '. He went above and beyond with our table, the table next to us, and a couple other tables that I saw. He doesn 't just deliver the food and rush back to the kitchen; he makes sure everything is as ordered, asked us about dressings/sauces, etc. and smiling the whole time (like he had all day to wait on us). This young man is an asset to the service industry!

The food at O’Charleys is always amazing! Our sever, Cayla, made the experience though! She is so quick and super friendly! I love having a GOOD server and her peppy attitude just made my day so much better. Will definitely be requesting her section in the future!

Garrett was one of the best servers I've ever encountered! He works tirelessly and is very friendly to everyone, even while he's busy, and he still provided us with excellent service! If you visit O'Charley's, be sure to ask for Garrett as your server. And the food? Absolutely amazing! Mwah! Even the host, Hannah, was incredibly sweet and assisted us with everything we needed. I will definitely be returning. I love it here!

We had a great meal! One dish was chicken fingers with fries, and the other was nachos served with a side of onion rings.

I had a wonderful time at the restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. My server, Kanyon, was amazing and very attentive, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of and that our food was prepared just as we requested. I will definitely be returning and asking for him to serve us again!
