Rudy's Mexican - Carpinteria

We visit relatives in Carpentaria CA and decided to try Rudy's based on a local recommendation. They have a very limited menu and seem to specialize in crispy tacos. My wife ordered the crispy Taco combination and I ordered the chicken sauce. Everything was ready to order and all ingredients were fresh. The crispy tacos were very good. My salad was good, but the turret dress is very dirty. The salad was much better after giving her salsa and cilantro. Our largest edition is its limited menu. If you want to order the same thing again, they are great, but we prefer more variety.

Great food, friendly server- great cooks. Clean restaurant. Throw from one thing- bathroom say out order as it does often.. Also I must spoil a real sweet deal from the Taco Taco Tuesday.. During the rest of the week, the tacos are appreciated as similar restaurants in the area. Highest quality and amount of meals I had. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Great food. We had to go home. There was a lot. My wife and I ate for $37. Comfortable seating.

A quaint little place very nice personnel food was excellent very clean easy parking hopefully they will make their presents known in the area

The Carnita Torta was incredibly delicious. The Carnitas were cooked perfectly, not dry like some I have had before. It was well worth the $8.50. The restaurant is lovely and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend it!
