Ok normally I don't do reviews to complain but tonight was just unacceptable. I went in to pick up an order. I was the only person who wasn't an employee that was there. The employees were in the back which was understandable. A young white woman employee came out to the front but she never greeted me or even looked my way. Who manages this place? I ate here a couple of months ago and all of the nice one and helpful ones are gone. I see and hear nasty or uninvolved tropical grille people any time I eat there now. It is not busy at all, yet my order takes forever to get to me. Then I notice they forget my guacamole when I got home. The quality of people working there has really gone down hill. If you spend more time talking to your manager or supervisor than you do taking care of me when I'm there, I won't be the … – show

Fantastic!!! First time eating here and it was delicious!! Very clean, amazing tasting food and a lot of it!!! I have enough for lunch tomorrow!! The jalapeño sauce is super delicious!!! Spicy!!! I cant wait to come back!!!!
