I love this place but I placed a pickup order yesterday and the girl (short brown hair and glasses) at the counter had horrible customer service skills. Didn’t greet me and was so unfriendly. She proceeded to tell me that “next time I need to wait in the line” for a pickup order. It makes zero logical sense to make customers who placed a pickup order to wait in line with the customers who are coming in to order their food in person. That defeats the entire purpose. Get a better system for customers placing a pickup order, I’m not going to stand in a long line of people…I placed the order online in order to avoid doing that. Many sandwich shops and take out places have shelves they place the pickup orders on so customers can just come in and grab the order and go. Maybe try that. Otherwise don’t offer the option to place a pickup order in the first place.

Yummy Italian Subs favorite of our family for years

This was my first time here, and a co-worker recommended it. I ordered it and it was ready when I got there! Very good corn beef sandwich. I gotta go back so I can take a pic of the food!

I wish there were more places like this around. They have the best sub sandwiches, great meatball sandwiches, and great beef sandwiches. Also, the potato salad is the best. If I could eat here every day I would, but then I would gain a lot of weight and be happy. Whenever I go here, I am happy.

Okay so I wanted to try something new and different, so I tried the Grilled Chicken. I wasn't overly impressed. I'm usually looking for a party in my mouth at first bite, didn't happen. I will say the customer service was great upon entering the restaurant, ready to take my order and get it on the grill asap although it took me 15 minutes to figure out what I wanted. The seating area was pleasant and relaxing, colorful yet not overwhelming. Maybe in the near future I'll try again with a different meal.
