Many reviewers have commented that once their order was placed, they felt forgotten about by unenthusiastic servers. Despite the high quality of the cuisine, the lackluster service left diners feeling discouraged and disappointed. Patrons have even observed similar attitudes from servers at neighboring establishments, suggesting a potential cultural issue within the company. While the food is described as fantastic, the poor service appears to be a significant deterrent to recommending this restaurant for those in the hospitality industry.
We had dinner here last night (Saturday) for our anniversary and it was amazing! We sat on the covered patio. Our server was outstanding and knowledgeable, I unfortunately do not remember his name. The food was fresh and delicious! We shared the Arancini, I had the Tagliatelle al Convivio and my husband had the Bolognese. We lived in Northern Italy for months a few years ago, and this took us straight back to our nights in Torino. My husband forgot his card when we left and our server ran (in the rain) to bring it to us in the car before we left. Thatâs service! We will definitely be returning.
Wonderful atmosphere and staff. The food was very good, authentic and homemade. Great flavors all around. The drinks were very good and strong.

Dined outdoors on covered patio in case rain returned. Joe took fantastic care of us and everything tasted superb. All entres were hot as they supposed to be and salad great as well. Food always is delicious.
